Panchakarma is a therapy that can be done regularly (quarterly, half-yearly or yearly) to rid the body of toxins and provide. Only after an expert doctor consultation, should you go in for this therapy. Depending on your age, health condition and other factors our doctor will recommend the specific number of days and which of the 5 processes will be necessary for you.
In Ayurveda there is a two step approach to diagnosing the cause of the ailment. A physical examination like checking pulse, nails, eyes, tongue, etc. and by taking a detailed history of your health. In the 2nd step the doctor will determine your physique, adaptability and body constitution, capacity of food intake, fitness and the age of the individual. Nadi Parikshan (checking pulse) is unique way to determine certain underlying issues that you may have.
If you are planning a quick getaway during the weekend, we suggest Friday and Saturday night with a late checkout on Sunday so you can optimise on some of the brilliant Ayurvedic therapies we offer.
For Yoga & Relaxation / Sarth Wellness Packages, a minimum of 4-5 Nights stay is best.
Panchakarma, Detox and other Rejuvenation Treatments may require 7-15-21 night stay. Similarly weight reduction, or treatment of chronic ailments requires 15-21 days stay.
We start the day at 6:30-7:00am with a Yoga and Meditation class. After breakfast (around 9am), guests can take ayurvedic treatments. They can choose to visit the Sawantwadi village and go to popular sightseeing locales.
We serve lunch between 1-2:00pm. Followed by siesta time when you can retire in your too, visit our library, take a walk near the lotus pond or book another massage.
In the evening we conduct another yoga session in our outdoor yoga venue.
With high speed wi-fi available throughout the property, you can choose to catch up on work.
After dinner Ayurveda expert talks are conducted based on interest of the audience
We conduct several workshops by experts from across the country who are specially invited to provide Wellness Workshops at Sarth. From Marma therapy, to Chakra Healing to Yoga sessions, you can book your stay with us along with your family during these signature specialised workshops.
You can also drive down from Goa during the weekend to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the retreat with your loved ones
